Refund policy
Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Items
All custom orders and made-to-order items are crafted specifically to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
Defective Items:
- If you receive a custom or made-to-order item that is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- We will require proof of the defect, such as photos or videos, to assess the issue.
- If the item is found to be defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Regular Items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of regular, non-custom items. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Service:
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@rosemaygiftsandco.com or rosemaygifts@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for return.
